THE SHOW - LOCATION AND ACCESSWho is the show for? THE SOURCING CONNECTION PREMIERE VISION is a far-sourcing trade show exclusively for fashion professionals. This new event will address the sourcing needs of high-volume to mid-range European fashion and accessory brands, on a fully global level. The exhibitors are everyday apparel and fashion collections manufacturers, sub-contractors and garments makers. Mainly coming from world’s leading apparel-production regions: Asia/Southeast Asia, Africa, Latin America, Eastern Europe and Northern Europe.
When will the show take place? Friday, September 4th and Saturday, September 5th, from 9am to 6pmSunday, September 6th, from 9 am to 5pm THE SOURCING CONNECTION PREMIERE VISION is a yearly trade show, usually held early September.
Where is the show held, and how to get there? THE SOURCING CONNECTION PREMIERE VISION is held in Paris, France, at the Parc des Expositions de Paris Porte de Versailles, Hall 6. No. Your personal pass gives you unlimited access to the show, during all three days. Your pass is strictly personal, we may check your ID at the entrance. The show is free, how do I access it?
The best way to beat the queues on the show: Register here for free, receive your e-pass, and go to the welcome desk to get your access pass.
THE SOURCING CONNECTION PREMIERE VISION is exclusively for fashion professionals. Take your business card and an ID card, we will ask you to present them.
What is an e-pass? The e-pass is sent to you by email after your online pre-registration. You must print it and bring it to the show to withdraw your access pass.
I haven’t received my e-pass Upon arrival on the show, go to the “E-Pass” desk and tell a hostess you have pre-registered but haven’t received your e-pass. After a quick check, your pass will be printed.
I can’t find the e-pass with my email, what should I do? Before August 31st,contact our visitors’ service:. We will send it back to you.On the show, go to the “E-Pass” desk, give your full name and company to the hostess who will be able to find you and print your pass.
I have lost my pass, what should I do? If you have forgotten or lost your pass, go to the show’s welcome desk. We will be able to re-print it for you.
What professional document to access the show? The show being exclusively for fashion professionals, we may ask you for a business card or an official company registration letter.
How can my colleagues get a free pass? At the end of your on-line pré-registration, you may register colleagues or recommend the event to themI won’t be able to come anymore, can another person use my e-pass? No. The e-pass and pass are strictly personal, another person cannot access the show with your pass. Your colleague may pre-register here. We may check your ID at the entrance of the show.I’M A JOURNALIST. Who should I ask my accreditation to? Ask your press accreditation to our press office: via the press accreditation here.
I’M A STUDENT. Can I access the show? Under what condition? Yes, as a student, you may access the show, only on the last day after 2pm. Go to the registration desk and fill in the form. For “company”, write your school’s name. For your position, tick “Other” and specify “Student”. Present this form, along with your student card, at the desk and we will give you an access pass.
I’M AN EXHIBITOR AGENT. How do I access the show? Get in touch with the exhibitor you represent to get a pass.
Should I register and pay to access seminars? Access to the seminars is free. Seating is limited, so we ask you to pre-register by sending an email to our visitors’ service:. Click here for more information on our upcoming seminars.
